All Beef Box prices are based on hanging carcase weight.

Orders are priced on carcase dressed weight, which refers to the animal’s weight after being partially butchered, with internal organs, head, and less desirable parts removed. This weight still includes bones and cartilage.

After packaging you’ll receive about 20% less in your final boxed weight. The meat is cryovac packed, to ensure quality.
